Over the last decade he has appeared on the pages of this site many, many times - usually hidden behind his vast array of drums with the premier soul band in Tuscany – Mr. Pitiful but today finally he takes centre stage and this time not as a member of a large group but as a simple duo.
The musician Andrea Gianelli married his long term partner Simona Canozzi in front of a large crowd of friends and family in the Palazzo Pancrazi this morning in Barga Vecchia.
The musicians of Barga turned up in force to play the newly married couple out of the palazzo into married life.
As you can see in the image gallery and hear in the sound track to the wedding at the bottom of this article it was a joyous occasion.

Il Giannellone ( come ci piace chiamarlo nei Mr. Pitiful ) ha organizzato un matrimonio fantastico. La mattina tutta la band a Barga e la sera megaconcerto con Mr. Pitiful + Get Foggy + ospiti a Paganico.
